One of you said it right, Shim isn't tall, everyone else is just short.
I am also 6'3.
I have a picture with SP and both me and Shim are leaning to the left a little bit, but I am slouching a little and it looks like he is standing up all the way.
Maybe he felt short next to me.

i love man hugs im 6,2 so im almost as tall as him.
