The review is in issue 1349 with Good Charlotte on the cover. With the push Kerrang havebeen giving SP i was expecting a glowing review but its not really what i saw when i read it they gave it 3/5 but went on to come out and call All The Same dull :/ also used the phrase 'they tend to drag their feet through turgid, Nickelback-style post-grunge waters' just wasnt what i was expecting but they did say SP can consider it a success as far as long over due introductions go.

It's Kerrang, not all that well known for accuracy. One gig review in 09 commented on singers dreadlocks - he had cut them off 3 months before....

I was there... best night of my life. I'm glad I didn't buy that issue of Kerrang! oh well I thought it was epic shame on them. Oh and on the note of the poor pictures I posted mine from that night on the pictures board I think we know who should get a job at Kerrang!

Wowwwww, the reviewer made a couple comparisons that (to me) don't jive all that well. Remember, while we don't like it it's one person's opinion. Ya it's in Kerrang, but people are going to see/listen to what they like....period and without the overbearing opinions of music reviewers. Overall (state-side) the band is doing very and have had strong reviews of both Tri-Polar and live shows throughout the run of this album. I haven't checked recently how All the Same is doing in the UK, but.....I was told the shows did well by friends who were there.

We all know how well they do on stage. I have friends who were blown away by SP live and have become fans. I have other friends coming to upcoming shows and are stoked to see them live for the first time.

One person's opinion. Let the dude have it while the band continues to grow. They're continuing to do well, and the reviews are typically VERY good....es.....what matters.
