Method of Submission
Email your screencap, World Crew user name, iTunes account name, full name, date of birth, and address to: sp.contest.team@gmail.com
Your first name and location will be posted with your winning entry unless otherwise specified. Sick Puppies, their management and World Crew have the rights to all submissions to use on websites and publications without any further credit or payment promised.
All submissions are subject to editing. Inappropriate or obscene comments will not be considered.
Deadline for submissions is March 15th.
Voting
All submissions will be read, and narrowed down to the top five by Sick Puppies and their Management team. Winner will be announced on/about 17th March 2011.
Prizes
Grand Prize will be a personal phone call from one of the members of Sick Puppies.
One runner up with receive a Sick Puppies Merch prize pack.
Two honorable mentions will receive 100 World Crew Points.
Everyone who enters will receive 10 points.
