Dressed Up As Food - Edible Sick Puppies Contest

When you think of Sick Puppies, what type of food comes to mind?
Do you stir your bowl of alphabet soup and find the letters for your favorite rock band?
And when you decorate a cake, does it ever look like a Sick Puppies shirt design or album cover?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, we have the contest for you!
Rules/Guidelines
This contest is open to EVERYONE aged 13 and over.
Cook, shape, manipulate, or find food that reminds you of Sick Puppies. Have fun, and be creative! Then, take a photograph. It's that simple!
Method of Submission
You can submit up to 3 photos. Submit your photo(s) to Spwc.contest.team@gmail.com, and include your name, date of birth (to assure you are over 13), and mailing address within the e-mail. If you are a member of SPWC, include your forum username to receive your points for entering. Photos must be submitted in one of the following formats: .jpg, .png, .bmp, or .gif. Please make sure that each image is no bigger than 600 x 600 pixels, with a file size no larger than 1 MB.
Photos CANNOT be manipulated in any way other than cropping or sharpening. Entries using other image manipulations will be disqualified.
No inappropriate or offensive material allowed.
Prize
The entries will be posted on on June 2, 2013. Everyone is encouraged to vote for their favorite submissions - feel free to get your friends and family to vote for your photo as well! June 9, 2013 the votes will be tallied and the images will be narrowed down to the top 5 (in terms of "likes"). The winner will be chosen from the top 5 finalists by Sick Puppies World Crew Administrators. Note that votes submitted after June 7, 2013 at 11:59 pm EST will not be included in the tally.
The winner will be announced on/around June 10, 2013. The winner will be notified by e-mail, and will be announced in this thread and on Facebook. Keep in mind that you need to include your mailing address to receive your prizes.
The prize will be a signed Sick Puppies CD single PLUS a bonus: the band will sign your winning food photo and mail it back to you!
Sick Puppies, their management, and Sick Puppies World Crew have the rights to all photos to use on websites and publications without any further credit or payment promised.
