I know I'm waaaaaay late on this, but welcome! 
And yeah... They stay until every single person has gotten a chance to get stuff signed and take pictures. At the last show I went to, I was helping out and we had to stay about an hour after the show to get through the entire line and then the other Ambassadors and myself stayed and chatted with the band for a good 30-45 minutes after that! That's one of the main reasons we all love them so much. They are so personable and I hope you have a BLAST when you get to meet them! Just don't stalk or hump Emma's leg and you should be fine
