SPWC

As sad as it may sound, Sick Puppies have inspired me through so much. I'm seventeen years old and two years ago I went through a lot of highschool drama. I heard about the band and started listening to Sick puppies all the time and when i realized how amazin Emma would rip on the bass it really opened my eyes. I actually picked the bass up myself and started playing. i'm not all that great but its just cool that i feel like i have someone to sort of look up to and inspire me to keep on pushing.! to never give up! I'ts MY WORLD! Welcome to it! haha But I can't wait to go to another concert. i have been wanting to go on monday however tickets were sold out and I don't have the money to buy expensive ones online.

I love the Sick Puppies and do anything i can to get involved with their music.

Not sad at all...Frankly I'm a little surprised Music cant cure cancer... It is one of the most powerful mediums out there IMHO.

Hey LoLo glad you found us on the SPWC boards. I like to hear stories like yours about how you have been inspired by our awesome group. Indeed Emma has the ability to make any problem all but disappear upon listening to her awesome playing, as is the case with the band as a whole. They are very diverse, and unlike some bands out there, I believe this The Pups genuinely care for their fans and obviously acknowledge us and all the support we give them. Great to have you with us, hope to see more of you soon.

I'm so glad that Sick Puppies have inspired you to pick up the bass. I play guitar, and I havent found anything better to deal with lifes daily drama. I can be totally stressed out, but 20 minutes on guitar and I've forgotten it all.

Thanks everyone! I was able to go to the concert! I had the greatest time of my life as always when i go to their concerts! ha but I am really hopeing I can go feb. 20th and March 18th. I've been on and off of the SPWC. I'm still trying to figure it all out. I'm very very bad with website and technology. ha But I really want to get involved and get to know other fans!

So glad you were able to go! And don't worry about the technology challenge, lot's of people are that way. You have to start somewhere!
