Well hello there. Name's Stiles. Been a Sick Puppies fan for...a bit over 2 years now I guess? Yeah. I saw Sick Puppies in concert in my hometown over a month and a half ago, and instantly registered here to be a member because I had such a blast. My account just got activated today; to be honest I kinda forgot about this place, but I'm glad I found it! It seems like a really friendly community, looking forward to browsing around here.
Well, let's see...a bit about myself....I live in Iowa, USA, and first found out about Sick Puppies when my brother showed me the Free Hugs Campaign. I really liked the video and song, but not enough to look more into the group. It wasn't until I was listening to a local radio station and they said "Listen to Sick Puppies right here on the Edge!" and played My World, Pitiful, and All the Same. I had no idea SP played all those songs and checked them out right away, which led to me getting DUAL, which I fell in love with, and then afterwards Tri-Polar when it came out.
When I saw them a month and a half ago it was the most fun I've had in quite a while, a bloody blast to be sure.
One thing I didn't know about SP was just how far they go for their fans; they were sitting at a table after they did their concert and were signing off on stuff (I got a poster signed). I've never seen a band do that before, and although I've actually only been to two concerts, I thought it was totally awesome how much they care for their fans, and that led me here.
Well that's all I can think of at any rate. See you around.
