My story

Hey everybody. My name is Chris. I live in Kansas City, Mo and I've been a huge sick puppies fan for about 3 years.
A friend of mine told me to watch the video on his myspace (yeah, myspace was popular, thats how long I've loved Sick Puppies lol). and I clicked play and immediately connected with the lyrics. that song was My World. That was at a point in my life when i thought no one cared about me, and that I was really alone in this world.
The next week I went and bought Dressed Up As Life, and listened to it straight through about four times that night. So many songs on that cd I was able to connect with, and instrumentally everything was complex, but subtle at the same time. Cancer my favorite song ever. lol.
When Tri-Polar came out, it was the same thing. I bought the cd, and couldn't stop listening to it. "I Hate You" is in my opinion the best song on that cd, and I can't understand why it hasnt been released as a single yet. lol. There is this one girl I dated for a few months, and every time i hear that song I think of her.
"I hate you when you're gone. I hate you turn me on. I hate the way I need you when I don't know where you are." that just really speaks to me.
On April 20th Im going to see Sick Puppies headline a show here in Kansas City, and It will be the first time I've seen them since December of 2009, and I am so excited I can barely type this. lol.
(This is a message to the band):
If for some reason you ever see this, I hope you know how much I appreciate you're sacrifices in life to make this music. it has gotten me through more tough times than anything else. I cant make it through a day without listening to you're music.
Anyway, sorry to bore everyone with this long post. lol.
Peace
-Chris
