ROCKLAHOMA

I have to say I was pretty excited when I saw Sick Puppies on the lineup for Rocklahoma this year. My husband and I have attended every year since it began. We check out the lineup and make the decision which night we want to go. I usually am fairly neutral and let him pick because he is generally more into one band or another than I am. This year, though, the second I saw you guys in the lineup for Friday night, I just went ahead and played the "i've let you decide every year so its my turn" card. I didn't get any argument out of him.
Anyway, I just love the sound of your music blasting through my earbuds while I work in my cubicle. It has saved me from going insane. I can just block out alot of the interoffice bullshit and mindless chit chat. I love the lyrics, the music, the look...and I have to say that Emma is ridiculous on bass. I wonder what it's like to be so amazing...shes the rocker chick that I would want to be.
So thanks for making my 8 hrs a day and occasional overtime a little less grueling and for making those days feel a little shorter.
See you in a few weeks!
