Hi! I'm Michaela, but you can call me Mick, Micky, or practically anything you want. I actually joined a few months ago but I never really had the time to introduce myself or talk much to anyone. The first time I heard of Sick Puppies was when I heard their song Maybe. I was a pop fan, and it was one of the few songs they played on the radio stations I listened to. Being 11 or 12 I didn't give much thought to the song. It was just another song. . Later on when I turned 13 I started listening to rock music. My mom was always into rock, and got me into it, seeing as I did like Green Day and Nirvana. One day my mom gave me a cd case. It had 114 cds, and one of those cds was Dressed Up As Life. I put it into the cd player and I fell in love! There was so many songs that I had no idea they sang. My mom ended up telling me everything she knew about Sick Puppies and about the Free Hugs Campaign. I'm 14 now. It hasn't been very long since I started listening to them, but I'm a die-hard fan of Sick Puppies and Rock music. Sick Puppies changed something in me, and Sick Puppies helped me do that. They are a huge part of my life and helped me find myself. Did I mention I'm extremely inspired by Emma? I'm only $10 away from a starter bass:). Turn the radio up and be yourself! Sick Puppies forever!

They opened up for A7x alongside Three Days Grace, Bullet for My Valentine, Escape the Fate, Sevendust, and Blacktide. And afterwards I got my Sick Puppies shirt signed by all three of them:) Hopefully I'll be able to see them the next tim they're on tour!
