that sucks... again, I read about this on the "The band that shall not be named" boards(where I hardly ever post). I swear i'm not stalking you...we just seem to like the same bands

23 shows..whoa. I'd love to have even a quarter of that. Hell...I'll even take a fifth of it.

When did you see your first show? What would you say was the best overall experience at a "The band that shall not be named" gig?

wow...thats some first "The band that shall not be named" experience. Did you know them before that? or was that the show that got you hooked?

I know what you mean about them not doing that many songs

I think the most I've ever seen them perform was 7-8.

I will also be at the show tonight, probably get there around 4 ish. Brenet I'll be there with 2 people, a dude and a chick. I'll have on an Ev shirt and a black and yellow dreadlock hat, so if you see me, gimme a shout. Ill show you some love

there is something extremely wrong with Shaun...

he had to end his show during the 3rd song

i'm suspecting an overdose or something relation to alcohol

he was rushed to the hospital...

please be okay shaun

holy crap.

How do you know he was rushed to the hospital? did you see him go? did something happen while he was on stage, or did he just walk off and not come back?

he had to walk off then after 5-10 mins mistress carrie (radio announcer) came out to announce it's serious and to sit still till they find out if the show would still go on... then 10-15 minutes later she came out again to say he =JUST got rushed to the hospital, and the show was canceled.

:'(

It was messed up, it was in the middle of "Driven Under." He was singing, and he just stopped singing and kinda fell. They stopped the show and the girl from WAAF came out and said that he was having "medical issues." Then like 20 minutes later she came back and said the show was over cause Shaun was just rushed to the hospital. I hope all is well with him and (I know this is a stretch) I hope it wasn't related to drugs or alcohol, cause there will be a lot of pissed off people if that is the case.

Likewise, Brenet. It was nice meeting another SPWC member, and outside of a SP show. Sorry if I was in your way at all, I know I'm huge, and adding a hat like that to a 6'4 tall person doesn't really help.

Sam unfortunately I didn't get any weird reactions at all, no dirty looks or anything. I was kinda bummed, I was hoping at least some hardcore "The band that shall not be named" fan would bust my balls or something, even if it was only half serious, but I got nothing.

Oh well, all in all I had a good time, I really was there for Flyleaf and they put on a really good show. They DEFINITELY redeemed themselves after Family Values last summer. The bass player crowd surfed right over me while still playing, it was awesome. Also, Lacey=adorable.

"The band that shall not be named" Update

As many of you have heard by now, "The band that shall not be named" had to end their show early at The Palladium in Worcester, MA last night when Shaun became ill due to a nasty 24-hour bug. Shaun is doing fine now, resting, and from the looks of it, no future shows will be affected. Thank you to all our fans for your concern and continued support.

That's good, but I dont know if i buy it was a "bug." Maybe it was a bug he got from doing too much coke...... I guess I can't talk cause I really don't know. I am glad to hear he's okay though.
