I just get shivers when I hear the ending solo of Good Times by Finger Eleven.
The Smooth Criminal Cover by Alien Ant Farm is a pretty sick one, too.
Sure, neither of them are like "OMG how do they do that!?" but they're both incredibly under-rated solo's. Really, it'd be hard to choose just a few though but my list could drone on forever. xD

I really like the guitar solo from "Inside The Fire" by Disturbed and any guitar solo Mick Mar does.

Haha, I never aimed for the heaviest, fastest, most insane ones. I just went for the ones that always stick out in my mind, as simple as they might be.
