I think they are great. Cant go wrong with good rock/metal music. Lead singer has kind of a unique voice that either you like or you don't. Anyone else like them? I'm going to see them with Disturbed in September. Can't Wait.

I love them. Terrible that The Rev died though. His drumming was amazing as well as his back up vocals. "Scream" is my favorite track by them.

One of my favorite bands! It's a shame I only discovered them after the passing of The Rev though.
I REALLY want to see them with disturbed, but they are playing really far from my house and I doubt I would ever be able to get a ride

There's the site I use for tabs. Nightmare is actually an incredibly easy song, minus the solos of course...I prob wont ever be able to play like Gates lol. And yea I wanna try the bass part too, but my bass is broken right now, gotta get it fixed!

Picked up Nightmare this morning. Damn good album. "Fiction" brought a tear to my eye.

My friend got me into them not too long before the passing of Rev. The sad thing, I think his drumming was what made their music so great, too.

But, they're still friggin' amazing. I can't understand how people hate them; they're unique, they have the coolest stage names EVER; and Syn can give some wicked guitar solos.

Fave song is "Bat Country". But I'm starting to get into "Nightmare", too...insane asylums and straitjackets (especially Zacky in a straitjacket) are my weakness. Though the part where Synster was headbanging against a glass wall was pretty odd...

Great concept album, much better than the last one, imo.

so...i used to love avenged until the 2nd to last album came out and now...meh. they're just not anything special to me anymore...i still hella love their old stuff though

I must say, the new cd does not disappoint. The music video for Nightmare is pretty cool too
