Okay, so I'm in the Writer's Guild here at Augustana and the other five members (yes, it's tiny...) have instructed me that I am to start watching Firefly before our meeting tomorrow night. As soon as I'm done writing my share of this damn Shakespeare paper (I f***ing hate writing about Shakespeare, could you tell?), I'm going to start it. I know it's addicting, amazing, and I'll be crushed when it's over.

So...what are everyone's thoughts on it? (Without spoilers!!!!)

Hmm I'm pretty sure we already have a thread for Firefly.

Non spoilery thoughts other than how amazing it is...just be prepared to be really depressed and hate everything when it's over because it was cancelled way too early. And make sure you watch Serenity afterwards. They tie up some loose ends.

Just make sure you have lots of time andbe prepared that the first episode may tend to drag at first viewing. It has a lot of backstory. Stick it out. Its worth it.
