Winter is coming!

I can't believe there isn't a thread for this grand series! It's my latest addiction and quite possibly my current favorite series (it's so tough to choose these days; so many quality series! Breaking Bad, Mad Men, The Walking Dead, etc.)

If anything, it's easily the show with the best & most epic opening. 8)

I love that opening!


I've seen a bit of the tv series, because I got my Dad hooked on the books and he decided he wanted to see it. Never have I loved/hated a series and author more. So frustrating, but so good! There's some differences, but from what I've seen the show quality is great. I need to "borrow" the dvds and watch season 1 start to finish.

I`ve read the books, so when I saw that there was a TV series, I had to watch it. And I like it. Now I just hope I`m able to watch the second season sometime. Hopefully I`m able to watch it tomorrow.
Sometimes when I read the books i got so annoyed with what happened, and some things are pretty raw, so I can`t say I`m looking forward to the ending, but it depends on how they do it,

Love this serie!! I saw the whole 1e serie this weekend and i can't wait to see the 2nd. but the 2nd is not on tv so i have to wait until the dvd release in march 2013 :cry:

I had actually not watched this until about 2 months ago, just seemed like a B series to me. Blew through first 2 seasons in 2 nights lol, one of my favorite shows ever now. Need to catch up on season 3 though

I don't know about anyone else, but right now, I'm currently addicted to Game of Thrones. I had the opportunity to message Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister) on facebook and he seems to be a pretty nice guy. For Me, Tyrion is the most interesting character on the show.

I think I'm the only person who disliked the season 4 finale.
I think after the purple wedding they kind of lost it for me.
I still love the show and hate to wait 9 months till the next season but I hope next season will be better.
I'm gonna re-watch the first 2 seasons again, they were so awesome

I decided I have to watch all the seasons before the new one starts in April. I watched the first season already and will start the second one probably tomorrow. I can't wait for the new season!! :rock:
