Wouldn't it be wonderful to live in such a world where slowing down to savour the moment didn't just mean an afternoon after work.

A world of love and connection. Savoring each other, regardless of differences. Because of differences!
Like dancing. We take the first steps and see who follows. When we dance there's no me.
There is a story about the 13th century sufi poet Rumi. As he was walking through the gold market in Konya he picked up a rhythm in the goldsmiths' hammering that set him off dancing.
Imagine finding this rhythm at work
Zen masters move slowly to fall in love with every moment.
We have the band
