I'm reading "Odd and the Frost Giants" by Neil Gaiman. It's a YA/kids book, so a very easy read but still quite funny. Gaiman is my favorite author, so that's why I bought it. Bonus points for being illustrated by Brett Helquist, the guy who worked on "A Series of Unfortunate Events". It has to do with this boy named Odd, who is part of a Viking clan, and the whole Norse pantheon thing.

I'm about to finish book #1 of Holly Black's 'Curseworkers' series, called "White Cat".
(She is probably my second favorite author, right behind Neil Gaiman.)
