plus the benefits to cover all of those drafted soldiers for the rest of their lives would be crippling. it would never happen, the negaties far out distance the benefits. the us military will remain an all volunteer military.

ok sp I dont know why my post is missing. Basically I said we agree that it could happen whether a good idea or not. And that is my point like Becky said it is the could that I have to worry about.

I can now understand why politics should not be discussed at work. Maybe I was a bit biased at the time as I was a bit peeved at my Manager but he made it known as to who(m?) he was voting for which is contrary to how I feel and I just look at him a lot differently now. Now don't get me wrong, I try my best not to judge as we all have our own opinions but I firmly believe that a person like him that holds the position he does, shouldn't be going around revealing such specific information. There is a time and a place for everything.

That is awesome that you have the kind of relationship with her that you can do that but I've seen this guy go from a simple grocery manager --> night manager --> to a store manager and the further up the ladder he's climbed the less personable he is. No doubt a year ago I would've been up to the debate with him but now he's got such a bug up his youknowwhere ALL the time, I couldn't bear(bare?) the thought of it.
