OK, so not the BEST news in the world but I was pretty much laid off on Tuesday. My manager called me and my coworker in for this suspicious meeting and turns out they cut our hours... I'm down from 40 hours a week to 10 hours a week... 
So considering the wonderful timing considering I am leaving for Florida tomorrow and barely work afterwards, I went out and got my tongue and tragus piercings on Wednesday!

I got a barbell for now... They told me that they heal better with a barbell because it's less likely to be hit and caught on things. But I want a hoop so as soon as I'm all healed up I'll be switching.

Not that I really noticed. But I didn't click them against my teeth or play around with it all the time either. I suppose over time with sleep and what not it does do extra damage to your teeth though.
