I used to be kinda into anime, thanks to my dorky boyfriend. I was hooked on Bleach for the longest time and he used to drag my ass to Anime Club back in high school.

The only anime I ever really watched was Inuyasha cuz a friend told me I would like it, but I kept missing episodes since it was on so late. I'll have to look into watching it again from the beginning cuz I really liked it.

First episode: Uhhh... okay... kinda slow... oh crap, creepy...
Next few: Still slow, wait, what the crap?
Fifth or sixth (I think): Oh CRAP!!! WTF MAN!?!?!? But... is this the last episode?
Next episode: Wait, wtf just happened? HUH?
(Repeat process multiple times for the entire first season)
Trust me, you WON'T understand it. Period.
But I definitely recommend it!

I am an anime nerd. In person, you might never know it unless you catch me in conversation about a particular series...or you look at my keychains. I have a flamel (an alchemical symbol) from FullMetal Alchemist, and Shinigami-sama from Soul Eater.
...I also have a whole wall full of manga, a bunch of anime on dvds, and a few plushies like Ryuk from Death Note, black Mokona from xxxHolic, and Al from FMA holding a cat. But you'd never know all that unless you saw the disasterous little cave I call my room.
