The food version of the What Are You Listening To thread.
I just made something that I thought was going to be disgusting, but turned out surprisingly good! I bought these Morning Star Farms Veggie cakes. They're like the soy, rice, beans, veggies, ect...version of crab cakes. Not so great alone (probably because I microwaved it instead of using a skillet), but I kinda mashed it up in a tortilla, melted some cheese and added some salsa...and it was damn good!
