Restoring a bass guitar

I just obtained a 1968 Kimberly hollow-body violin-style bass. It's held up pretty good over the years, I'd say, but it needs new tuning pegs, pickups, possibly a bridge, probably some new electronics, and definitely a refretting. The frets are green and flat...

How much do you guys think all of this would run me?

The body seems to be in tip-top shape. No neck warp that I can see, and the finish still shines on it.

I don't have an answer for you but that sounds like an exciting task!

I play electric bass, but this weekend I am going to buy an accoustic bass!

So excited!

I have no idea but it sounds like an awesome restoration project. Have you thought about calling local music instrument stores and asking if they do estimates?
