It's a short "o" like in "on" so it's ShimON.

It sounds so weird when people use his full name. He's just Shim to me.

They definitely destroyed the pronunciation of Emma's last name. He even pronounced Mark's last name wrong haha he said Goodman instead of Goodwin.

Just watched and rated the clip, YAY!!

Not to play favorites, because I love each member individually for what they bring to the band, but DAMNIT, I could watch/listen to Shim all day! I just love his accent, and he has a personality of someone I would just want to hang out with.
