That's weird cause i tried one just so I knew what to tell people and i literally got my download in like less then two mins.
You basically got to the website.
Type in the code and your email address. Hit enter. Then it takes you to another screen where you enter code again. Then it lets you download the song.
Very simple.

And another thing. The underwear need to come in an XXL, had a lot of girls wanting them but they are soooooo small. Not everyone has an itty bitty booty. They do fit nicely as a beanie though.
