I am one of the few I guess who loves welcome to the real world more for the more aggressive songs then the lighter ones. Rock kids, nothing really matters, something different, and even though its not very aggressive I like everyday. Yeah sure its a simple album but I actually like some of the songs better than some songs off tripolar.

At first, I thought I came to know them by watching their music video All The Same on Youtube, but then I heard their single My World and had a flashback. I was sitting on the couch, before school, and had the channel turned to MTV2, just to make noise in the house. Then this song came on and I started to pay attention to it. I loved the song. Though of course, I did the most idiotic thing of putting the band in a box and shoving it into the back of my mind to "open up later." Which of course I FORGOT to do.

Opening for another band but I was BLOWN away by their interaction with the audience. I waited in line to meet them

It was awesome I was a fan from that day forward. My hubby was already a fan and had the album but I didn't pay to much attention to the music lol

Free Hugs video Sept 2006 (is it really 3 years ago??). All the Same blew me away & I knew then this was a band I'd have more than a casual interest in.

Downloaded Headphone injurues from i-Tunes the day it was released, LOVED IT!!

First saw them late summer of 2007 with Kill Hannah & Flyleaf.

I was going to go to the Evanescence concert, and I decided "Well, since Ev is first... and I don't want to be standing there waiting for them to come out, I should check out what these other bands have,"...

... and I fell in love right when "All The Same" came on automatically (on their MySpace). :love:

My first SP experience was when I went to see my other favorite band. Evanescence. They were absolutely amazing and I was blown away! But at the time I didn't quite know how much I would come to love them in the future. And lemme tell ya I am sure glad I went to that EV concert cause wihtout ev there would be no sp.lol. :laugh:

i first heard the sick puppies when they won JJJ unearthed in Australia. So i bought WTTRW and have loved them ever since. ive been following them since they moved to the states and love DUAL and Tri-Polar but ill always have a soft spot for Welcome. Keep up the good work and ill be in the crowd the next time you do a tour back home.

Had heard All The Same on the radio and kinda liked them but fell in love when I saw them open for Flyleaf in Louisville, KY. Have seen them many times since and every time they get better

i was at a party and a friend was playing Dressed Up As Life and i really liked what i heard so i borrowed his cd and fell in love and seen them for the first time 2 months later!

It was around this time two years ago. I think I saw the song "All the Same" on my brother's myspace. After listening to it, I fell in love with that song :music:

. It became one of my theme songs for that year also "My World". I really never looked them up but for their music, downloading the songs. Well, it was til I went to one of their shows last month and I fell in love with them. (Not in a creepy way) but how they performed, to the music, and also how they show their fans they really care. So for the first time I took the time to remember their names b/c I never knew them by their names but for the band name, lol :oops:

Anyways, after going to their show I decided to buy their CDs and not download their music anymore because I feel their music means something and I want to support that. :rock:
