When did you first hear about the band?

“I had first heard Sick Puppies about 3 years ago, when my best bud let me borrow his Dressed Up As Life & Tripolar cd's. I instantly fell in love & became a true fan. I am a big fan of groups such as Incubus, Papa Roach, Breaking Benjamin, Trapped, & Adelitas Way, so the music of Sick Puppies was right up my alley.”

What is your favorite song?

“All the Same. Followed by The Bottom, Monsters, Pretender, & Too Many Words”


What is your favorite memory from a Sick Puppies show?

“My most amazing memory, by far, is having the privilege of being able to take a picture with the beloved, beautiful & amazing Emma Anzai. On her way backstage after the concert, my girlfriend stopped her for me. Emma seemed happy to accommodate a fan. She smiled beautifully, gave me a free hug, & made that night an unforgettable moment for me with the band I truly love most. I love you Emma!”

Where are you from?

“I am from the city of Odessa, Tx. (Which is the town where I was able to finally to soak in the awesomeness of the Sick Puppies).”

Why do you love them?

“How in the hell could anybody not?! Seriously though, at the moment I was first turned on to Sick Puppies & their music, I was going through a rough time. Their music, being new to me, was just so inspiring & amazing. It lifted me up beyond belief. I listened to their albums nonstop for months...& make no mistake I still do as often as possible! The Free Hugs campaign touched me & obviously did a lot of others since there were many copycat videos made & posted on YouTube. Sick Puppies never cease to amaze me & I can't express my anticipation enough on my need to hear their new album & attend a what I know will be another unforgettable concert. Please come back to West Texas Pups!”
