Well I finally got one. I just want you all to realize the grief that I will have to endure for some time to come for this one...Taken a big one for the team here. My step daughter was just hallf listening to the radio in the car while I was listening to the cd....whining that I had turned off Rianna (sp???? can't stand that whiney voice from either of them...lol) anyway it just so happened Too Many Words was the first song to come on. Well she is HOOKED at least on that song...can't say I blame her...I am too Her mom is going to give me an earfull oh man cause she want me to copy the cd for her. (think I'll just give her the censored version I bought in error).....Maybe she'll go home and talk to all her 10 yr old friends and the trickle effect will start. Those of us with Toddlers/preschools are starting the world domination at that level so you know.....

I was sitting in the Sonic drive thru yesterday and pulled up to the window. The guy working the register says "I remember you. You have the cool tattoos right?" He asked what they were and I proceed to go into my SP spiel. We had a 10 minute conversation about the Pups and I gave him the SPWC website addy. Kind of a weird place but whatever it takes right? hehe

Well, I have planted the seed of interest in my new employee He is in a rock band and I KNOW he will love them once I give him more info... But I don't wanna overwhelm him with info between training and all the SP talk

When I returned to work on Monday in Atlanta from my trip to Buffalo to see SP I found that my co-worked had printed out a color 8X10 of the pic in my sig below that I had sent to him in email after the show and left it on my desk.

Needless to say, he wanted to know more about this band in the photo with me...And so it begins..

It so easy to recruit new fans... Because SP is amazing! Yay to all of our recruiters and recruitees!!

I brought my friend Emily to a concert, and now she's at least more into them than she was before. When we went, she didn't know any full songs. She only knew "if you take me for everything" so she just belted that there. I also brought my friend Callie, and I don't think it quite clicked, but we're getting there. After, though, on the shuttle back to the parking garage, she said she'd bought something for them to sign, but didn't have any money. And that she wished she'd hugged Shim. So that's still a work in progress. I have completely converted my friend Skyler, though he's still just obsessed with Muse.

i have a friend named cassie,
and shes the ONLY friend that has good taste in music.
so i told her about sick puppies finally,

she liked them, mostly shims teeth,
and she loved emma,....
then we went to a concert... missed SP.
she didnt really care, because "The band that shall not be named" was there,
but i was like super pissed/heartbroken...
i d k, she likes them.. but she doesnt love them..
oh well, at least she knows them now.

i got my mom into them, so at work she showed her friend the video for all the same (the non-free hugs one). her reaction? "i don't blame your daughter for being obsessed. that guy is hot!" and she said she would have to check them out. yey! (she enjoyed the song too, of course. )
