Yeah, I was pretty stoked. They used one of those prerecorded intros, "Hi, this is Mark. I'm Emma. And I'm Shim and we are Sick Puppies and you are listening to Mays on 99.9 The Buzz." So i thought, "Oh they're going to play Riptide again." I was shocked! (You can listen to the station online, btw, but it's pretty hit or miss regarding what they are playing.)
You're Going Down was really good as an acoustic... but the lyrics "with my fist in your face, and your face on the floor" do seem a bit out of place to me. Maybe because up to that point it almost feels like a break-up song rather than a fight song, so that imagery is just jarring.
ah well. It was still rad to hear the full song!
