why dont the pups like shaking hands?! when they were meeting ppl after their show back in july in chicago,,. i put my hand out to shim and Emma and they both just put out their fist.,. =/

I remember in an interview once that I either heard or read somewhere Emma said that she doesn't like shaking people's hands or hugging them because some people don't realize and squeeze her too hard.
As for Shim.. I don't know. Like Nikki said I also give hugs.

I wouldn't want to shake all of those people's hands, either. It would be hard to stay healthy on the road if you shook all the fan's hands...too many germs and such.

I must be one extremely lucky girl then cause I got a hand shake from Shim....at the VT show this year. I spent close to $250 in shirts just about all of them...not a fan of the free hugs ones. I also got some posters. Well when I went down to get the posters signed, Shim reached out and shook my hand and asked for my name. He reached out for me!!! I told him Melanie, I'm Melanie from the kyte chat. Cause on the Kyte chat at like 1:26-1:27 he says HI MELANIE. THAT'S ME!!! I just love Shim. He's super.

in Chicago Shim wouldn't shake my hand either, but he pulled me in for a hug so that pretty much made up for it.

Lol wow really i have shaken shim's hand three time now I think one time after a picture in buffalo, the other two at signings, but I usually have the same lines like you guys rock or my favorite to use hoping that some day they will remember me is I have seen you X many of times and you guys still (explicit word with an ing) rock and he just puts his hand out to shake mine thinking not much of it till now, I also wish I could say something to the man that was either clever or witty and not the same lame line he's heard a thousand times.
