"You're Going Down"
Let me say first off that I am glad that SP finally made their way to a music game, and it does kind of give me hope, but I am extremely pissed! I've been endlessly trying to get Sick Puppies in Rock Band since the game came out, and they are coming to a game that really nobody is gonna buy... Companies have tried throwing a new game into the music game genre in the past (Rock Revolution) and it failed miserably. Rock Band controllers don't even work with this game, so it's not like I can just go out and get/rent the disc to play the song. I'd have to shell out $200 on a game that likely will not be any good. They're drums are air drums... Not fun. I'm sure it wasn't the choice of the band to be featured in this game and it could be Harmonix to blame, but other bands signed to this game because it has a "real guitar" theme to it... If that is the case and it caught the interest of someone, then look at the pro guitar in Rock Band 3! It covers the entire guitar and charts real tabs.
I realize this quickly turned into a big rant, but I have wanted SP in RB for a looong time now, and the game is vastly superior. All I can hope is that this is a good sign that Sick Puppies are now being licensed for music games and RB got some songs as well.
