Question about Dressed Up As Life CD's.....?

Hey all, any info is appreciated.
I got into the Pups when Tri-Polar came out and have been backtracking of sorts getting Dressed Up after i picked up Tri-Polar. Well, I recently purchased it off eBay and to my suprise, it came as an Advanced Copy(see pictures) in a hard jewel case. I have not saw any other ones on ebay or anywhere else for that matter with these stickers. I assume they may be stickers, they feel almost like its printed onto the cd, unable to be peeled off. The one on the back of the case is a sticker. I was just expecting a normal cd, not one with these 'labels' on it. Does anyone have any info on this..?

I also picked up the Dressed Up As Life Advanced disc in the cardboard sleeve. On it, it says the actual album comes out April 3. I was also wondering when the advanced version of the album was made available.

Yikes! That's probably from a radio station or someone else who was supposed to promote the band and not let go of those cd's )(or that's what it looks like to me anyways... But I'm no pro lol)

So i still havent figured out if this is a cool thing or just annoying...lol I had planned on taking it to get signed but since it has a big white label across the cd, that wont work or look too well.... Any more opinions of what this is? lol

I'm pretty sure it's a promo CD that gets given to radio people and the likes...

It's a radio station promo that would get sent to the stations in advance. I also have one of those copies. I think it's pretty cool to have because people don't get promo copies very often. I took mine to get signed, but that's up to you if you want to.

Advance copies are very rare. Only a few are made ahead of the actual release. Like everyones already said they are meant to go to radio station program directors, DJ's, critics and anyone who helps spread the word that said project is coming out.

They're pretty cool if they come in a different package then what is actually released.

You have to remember those were made before Dressed up as life came out ... so that's what three years ago so the band hasn't seen those in quite a while so chances are they forgot about those versions of the CD.
