Honestly I don't know. All I do know is it appears to work in conjunction with iTunes. For me, it opened up within iTunes so maybe it is something inside that program.

Yeah now I need to change my laptop... The updates have not worked the past 4 months, somewhat frustrating!
OK I need a geek (computer geek that is, I am the wrong kind of geek), come to think with it I live with one...
