Promo Material!?

Hey, I know being part of the WC is to do my part to promote the band. They are coming to town here in a few weeks. I remember reading somewhere that I can have fliers and such sent to me in order to do some face to face promoting. I don't remember where I read that. Help?

Generally posters are sent to the ambassador in the area who is covering the show (which for this show, would be ) but promo material is generally not sent to WC members unless there isn't an ambassador in the area to promote. You can email info@sickpuppies.net and ask if additional coverage is needed. Some people also print out their own fliers and hang them. Keep in mind there are some guidelines we have to follow when hanging promo material. Fliers and posters cannot be hung on public property (trees, telephone poles, businesses without getting permission, etc...). We generally stick to record stores, coffee shops, places with bulletin boards, tattoo parlors....businesses that don't mind.
