I went to a rodeo yesterday and they used to bass intro to "Riptide" while they transitioned between riders. I thought it was awesome and I was so thrilled to hear it played at such a big event.

So cool to be surprised by stuff like that. Makes you just stop in your tracks! My local sports radio station has used the opening bass line for "Master of the Universe" before and totally caught me off guard...it was cool!

The rodeo lasted four nights and they played the intro at least 20 times each night. That was a lot of exposure to some possible new fans. It is so great to hear their music becoming a bit more mainstream. I was at a restaurant a few weeks ago and without even thinking about it I started to sing along to "Maybe" that was playing in the background. Then I stopped and almost yelled out that I loved Sick Puppies.
