I preordered the new album last night at the concert and when I redeemed the code and download the file, I came across some trouble. The files in the .zip folder wouldn't open and when I tried to redownload them to try to solve the issue, it wouldn't let me (which I understand). Is there one I can contact or anyway for me to get those files? I want to hear Telling Lies!
