I've read a lot on this forum about Shards and the live/rehearsal performance of Pathogen, but what about the studio versions of Pretend and Pathogen? I have studio snippets of these two songs that measure in at 1:35 and 1:15 respectively, but what happened to the full versions, were they ever released as a b-side on a single or as a bonus track or maybe even on a compilation?

It's just strange that SP would record the two gems, put snippets up on the internet but never put out the full songs.

I believe these are both B-sides from DUAL but someone correct me if I am wrong. I've only heard that live version of Pathogen from the video on iTunes.

I've heard Pathogen, one of my favorite songs.. I just love the lyrics.

Pretend is a good song, listening to the snippet for the first time. ♥
