When did you first hear about the band?
''I heard about them in 2006 when I saw that 'All The Same' was featured in the Free Hugs video.''

What is your favorite song?
''My favorite song...I guess I would go with 'Maybe'.''

Where are you from?
I'm from Choctaw, Oklahoma

Are you a cat person or a dog person?
''I'm more of a dog person and the reason is because cats in my opinion are heartless monsters and dogs are smart loving wonderful animals haha.''

Sam's Concert Story:
''On September 29th of 2012, I went to see the Sick Puppies with "The band that shall not be named" at the Diamond Ballroom in OKC. When they opened up with 'Odd One' I was so excited that I almost felt sick to my stomach and throughout the show, like especially when they sang 'All The Same' I was almost in tears! But then they played 'Maybe' and I really was in tears!! And finally, at the end of the show, I decided to wait behind the building in line to meet them if they came out. I was in the front of the line and I was just looking around when I see this person staring at us from the window in the door on the Sick Puppies bus. The person waved, and then lit up a cigarette and opened the door, popped up his hood and started to walk over....I couldn't believe my eyes!!! I knew who it was, standing just a few feet away from me... It was Shim Moore from the Sick Puppies and he started talking to a security guard and he told us 'sorry he couldn't take pictures tonight' but at least he still came out and told us 'hello'.. But just seconds after he left and I was still flabbergasted, I felt that 'exited sick feeling' again, and this time I actually threw up on the ground because I was that excited... Shim still wasn't that far away and I'm pretty sure he saw me puke everywhere.... It was really embarrassing to have my idol see me puke everywhere... Haha but yeah, that's my story and I can not wait for the new album!!!
P.S. I hope to marry Emma one day... She had me standing and staring with my tongue out when she was soloing at that show!!!''
