Why Sick Puppies never come in Italy? :'(

Hey.
I'm finally going to my first Sick Puppies concert in Cologne. I've listen to their music now for 4 years and I'm really looking forward to see them live. Now I'm thinking about getting the VIP package. Can anyone tell me about the VIP experience? I got some questions about that and I hope, here's someone who already got a VIP package. How is the order of events (soundcheck, meet&greet, photo, signing???) and how many time do you actually spend with the band and how many people are there? I'm a bit worried about my English, I got problems with speaking. I hope someone can get me some answers to that and like to share his or her experience. That would be great.
