Once upon a time, many many moons ago, I used to live like an hour from Bakersfield...tiny little town named Lemoore...but it's been almost 20 years since then...my how time flies...

I live about 30 minutes away from Lemoore. They have a nice casino and hotel there, but they're too busy so we boycotted it

A casino in Lemoore? wtf? dude, when I lived there, the arcade/video store next to the U-buy-U-Bake pizza place was the hot spot lol. Either that or the crappy King's Mall in Hanford...

Both friends I'm planning on asking are going to Pomona but they might be up for it, it is summer and they both love SP live. Besides SP, pizza, and booze doesn't get any better =x

Really excited for the show tonight...we're going for sure! Won't be there until late though but it looks like they won't be on until late anyway.

I've never been to the venue even though I lived in Bakersfield for years but I've heard it's shady too

Apparently a bunch of other bands have also played at Jerry's Pizza & Pub...I'll admit, I was surprised when I saw the venue...I didn't love it but the show was great. It felt like I was at someone's party - the coolest party EVER.

The performance was top notch as always but I didn't enjoy the venue so much. And the guy who seemed to be the manager or owner was a total douche! When I went to will-call to get guest list tickets the young girl handing out bracelets was going to give me those sticker badge thingies with the new design but he smacked her hand down rudely and shouted at her, I felt so bad for the poor girl and wanted to say something, but I didn't want to cause a scene since I was representing the band.

I'm not exactly sure who they were meant for since I didn't see Missy and mom with them or if he just wanted to keep them for himself. So yeah that was odd, I didn't really like the guy o.O

......but the rest of the staff was very nice, when I got a beer it was actually $6 but I only had a $5 and no other loose change so she just let it go, and she also gave my friend a free bottle of water because he was feeling sick. (he has a health condition). The set-list was pretty much the same thing as the Glasshouse too, in case you were all wondering.

^^^It's funny, cuz the douche was like "nice street team work" after the show...

But yeah, like Kemmy said... like a kick ass party. The energy was pretty great, considering.
Very intimate.
There were these 10 year old girls from the Ridgecrest show who were having the time of their life!!!
They were awesome! On behalf of them it seemed... Shim did a rated G edit of the Say My Name intro.
Very sweet! Their dad thanked me after the show for taking care of 'em.

Mark was a beast on them drums!
I got a lot of good pix and vid of him.

Oh!!! Two highlights I must add before I type out my long detailed story...

1) Mark wore the shirt we bought him for his bday on stage!!! So any pics you see with Mark in a shirt that says "Bipolar" with the "bi" crossed out and "tri" written above it (like you'll see in the pics from this show), that shirt was from me and Mom! I was so happy! Squee!!!

2) Before All The Same, Shim dedicated it to me and Mom!!! Tee hee!!! I squealed!!!

And when they were making their way to the merch table, Shim stopped and hugged us (*cough*AndKissedMeOnTheHead*cough*) lol
