Thanks for letting us know- Lisa! I have my five tickets...Taking the whole family! Can't wait...Road Trip...5 hours of family, farts, and fights...It should be well worth it! Anyone know much about the New Daisy Venue...Is there a bad seat or are there any suggestions on when to arrive, where to park, etc?

This is looking more and more likely for me. We're thinking about going Tuesday and coming on Thursday. Now to find a decent hotel within stumbling distance...that isn't super expensive. Hmmm...

I stayed at the Vista Inn for New Years... It's right behind Beale Street and within GREAT stumbling distance! lol Looks a tad shady on the outside.. But has all night security in the parking lot... Rooms are VERY clean and pretty spacious! No breakfast, but Denny's is just up the street!

Can't wait to stumble in and stumble out...Beale Street is a blast if it's still like it used to be...

I think I paid 70.00 for one night... Booked through travelocity! If we make it to Memphis, we prolly won't spend the nite... Denise will have to work the next day There's also a Little Rock show coming up, August 11, that's not on the website yet... But is on the Venue Website... It's MUCH closer lol

I was just saying yesterday that I hoped they would come somewhere like LR so then I could go to 2 shows. Then I hear about this one! Only 2 hours from me!

Hope to see everyone there...We are staying at the Holiday Inn and it is about 1.5 miles from the New Daisy Theatre...Close, but not exactly stumbling distance...$96 for one night stay...

I think we're going to stay at the Westin.

Not too set on being at the rail, but definitely don't want to be in the back behind some column, limited view or some tall drunk guy...Maybe the first 5 rows or so...
