Be ready I'm sure it'll be crazy. I went to the fairgrounds a few years back when Simple Plan, Hoobastank, Elephant Man, & Ludacris played and there was 10,000 people there. Insane. The security when you first enter the fair waved the paddles all over your body. My sis and I almost passed out while standing all day long so we had to grab each others hands and push sideways through all of the people to get to the lemonade stand for some sugar and refreshments. During Elephant Man & Ludacris everyone broke out the pot and were smoking up the place. not me! Never done drugs, never have and never will. That was a little akward. And then it started to rain during Ludacris. Grass got all muddy and before we knew it, it was over. I don't understand why they are listing it as Albany though....The town is called Altamont. Its in a very country farmland type area if I remember it correctly. I live like 3 1/2 hours or so north of Altamont. Good luck and have a great show to all that go!!!

OMG!! The show was awesome!!! I will update probably on Monday because I am off to a Toga Party.

this day started off on a bad note when i got to the gate and was told of a last minute policy change. cameras were now banned so i would have to leave over $2,000 of camera equipment in my car when it was over 90 outside. the vip tickets were an amazing deal, we got a free shirt and seating in a tent with fans instead of being in the direct sunlight all day. it was catered by outback steakhouse so we got burgers, chicken, and fries all afternoon for lunch along with free water and beer. Jager sponsored the tent so they were giving out tons of stuff all day long. all of the bands came into the tent prior to their set for meet and greets with the 50 or so people in it. initially it was just interviews, but J from hurt climbed over the fence to meet with the fans in the tent so all of the other bands followed suit. hurt was the first band of the day to catch the fans attention and SP followed them. this was quite possibly the best i have ever seen them perform live. shim was very into the set and even took sunglasses from someone in the crowd haha. this show was headlined by mudvayne and black label society so SP didnt really fit in that well but they tried to adapt by playing most of their harder songs. i am very much looking forward to the next few shows!!
