is it just me (and it very well may be), or is this concert not listed on sickpuppies.net or the facebook page? is it because it's a free show? it is on the mohegan sun website... (

I was going, but now I'm not 100% sure. I will probably decide Friday morning (then pray that I find a cheap hotel room somehwere close).

How early will people be getting there? Since it's a free show i am kind of worried, and the earliest i could possibly get to the venue is 3. I wonder if these shows usually fill up before then...?

This is bullsh*t! I was fine before because I figured I'd just see SP at RotR, but now I find out that Adelita's Way is gonna be there!?!?! WTF! Plus, their set at RotR will probably be like 7 songs, so def no "White Balloons." Why couldn't they just play a normal show?

So how was the show everyone? I heard the set-up was weird because the stage separated a floor and then a dinner area.

The set up was definitely a little weird with the tables and booths - but i had a great time. The venue was pretty tiny, and the stage was stupid small. Adelita's Way played for just half an hour, and it took forever to reset for SP. I would say the cycle of energy between audience and performer was a bit off if you know what i mean... A lot of people were sitting down for the entire show.
Not a great space for a rock show.
