Yeah all budget flights seem to be mainly to those two places.

If you are really concidering going...two words for how to get around:
*train
*budget airlines (ryanair, jetair)
I relied a lot on Mari on my trip but it worked out really well. I would have done it by train if she had not been willing to be my guide. I would talk to the people that actually live or frequent the areas you're wanting to go to, they might have an idea about what the best way would be to get from point a to point b.
The cities that they have concerts in are pretty big so they will have international airports and large train stations. Public transportation in Europe is way better than in the US (in my experience), this will get you around town but not from one city to another.

Put it this way...
1. Europe it TINY in comparison to the US...
2. All the countries on this tour is part of the EU and Schengen, which means no border controls.
3. Train connections in this part of Europe are ridiculously good. (Why do you think interrailing is such a popular way to travel here?)
4. Flying can often be cheaper than train, however if you can get a night train you don't have to pay for accomodation. (This will only work if the distance is large enough though...)
5. Some seasoned traveller will probably adopt you if you look lost enough. (This happened to me in Verona, we could not find a place to stay for the night, and this American couple that had been travelling all over the world for a year adopted me and my friend and two Dutch lads and managed to find accomodation for all 6 of us! Beautiful accomodation too, a hostel in an old nunnery)
6. You will probably get lost, but that is when you discover the greatest stuff!

^ That's really cool that you can do. If you did that kind of stuff here, you'd be likely to end up on the news as a missing person or found at the bottom of a lake or something.
