One of our own has let us know that if you call Ticketmaster regarding Sick Puppies no longer playing on the Triple Threat Tour you may score a partial refund for your ticket(s).

I emailed them requesting a refund or a credit for a future show, topped it with some sugar, and sent it off. They said as the entire concert was not entirely cancelled they would issue a one time partial refund if the tickets are sent back - you MUST reply to each of their emails. I was pleasantly surprised!

I emailed them and they replied that since they were an "opening act" and not a headliner, that I was not entitled to any sort of refund. Bummer for me.

Here's my exact email. I would try again:

Sick Puppies cancelled this show Friday night (subject header was Sick Puppies - "The band that shall not be named", Orbit Room, October 19th, Grand Rapids), I would like to request a refund or credit to a future show. I am sure you are going to have your hands full with this one as Sick Puppies is by far a more popular band than "The band that shall not be named".

They did request tracking info, and did state no refunds, but would give me a one time exception. I worked with Miguel and Latoya at Ticketmaster Fan Support.
