I went with White Balloons. I love Emma's voice and all, but Maybe would have to be my favorite "ballad" off of Tri-Polar.

Yeah, I went with Survive as well, even though it is so awesome live. I really hope Riptide wins this, thats my favorite.

Thats right I threw my vote away by voting for rip tide but I wanted to break this trend of no one voting for it, no song should feel that special.

Are you guys serious with "Survive"?!

That was one of the first songs to catch my ear on the first listen, AND it's FANTASTIC live!
... but okay, everyone's opinion matters. At least "White Balloons" is safe, lol. :)

I picked "So What I Lied"... I like it, but the others still up in the race are better. I really love the lyric part: "We both know the mirror's cracked and everybody's in the act,", lol. Great lyrics. Bands these days usually beat the same lyrics and phrases (or words) to death. Like 'suicide'... which is used in this song, but I'm talking about over-use like Green Day going, "Suicide, crucify" and some other words that rhyme with that in too many of their songs.


Is there anyone going to listen to my story? All about the girl who came to stay?
