I picked DUAL but I do love Tri-Polar.

I said DUAL cause it was more "original" to me and each song had a unique feel to it, though I love Tri-Polar- it at times seemed like the same song attempted in different ways

And plus one of my fav songs of all time are on DUAL, My World

DUAL. It has my two favorite songs (Howards Tale and The Bottom). Tri-polar is awesome but DUAL comes first for me.

I absolutely adore both albums, but DUAL will always hold a special spot to me since it is what first got me hooked on them, especially My World and All the Same <333

i like dual a lot more mostly because its more emotional all the way throught and even thro i still like tri polar i just cant relate to all the ass kicking

What make both albums so great is that they have two different sounds. If you asked me two months ago I would have said DUAL, but I think Tri-Polar is the better of the two for me.

DUAL, but it seems a lot of you didnt know that they have another album, one that came before DUAL called Welcome to the Real World. you can find it on the internet. And I asked Shimon about it and he said they are trying to get it over here. Anyone who was at the Biloxi show the last song they played, was called nothing really matters.

Yeah I have Welcome To The Real World as well... it's also good, but also very different. It's an awesome cd for sure

Yea I'm not either, but I do have it. The music was popular in the time the album was released 2001 when rap-rock was the popular style (aka limp bizkit, early linkin park, etc).

I downloaded WTTRW cause I was curious about it and while I do like Shim's voice, I don't like the arrangements of the songs and the style. I'm glad they moved away from that and into the sound they have now. Fits them muuuuuch better.

I do agree that they are way better with their current style, but they did a good job with the genre in WTTRW; but again, it is very different. You almost can't compare it to DUAL and Tri-Polar. I also like the two newer cds better, but I have respect for the first one. Plus, the ending with the old man in Rock Kids leading into Open The Door is funny lol. I like the song Rock Kids because it is talking about all the stupid pop songs that are overly-synthesized and use autotune to get the correct vocals because the singers can't sing. I really agree with that.

I find it impossible to choose. Both DUAL and TP are awesome albums, and I love every song. I voted for TP because the songs seem a little more experienced.
