Have you? (for those who have been to a show recently)

So I don't know if it was a first or not, so I wanted to ask around. Has anyone else ever heard I Hate You on the set? They played it tonight at the Very Merry Xmas in San Bernardino, CA and I don't recall ever hearing it. So my question is... Have you heard the band play I Hate You live, or was this a first? (thank you in advance!)

, I love that song. I have been to nine shows this year (check my sig) :flash:

, and they never played that song.

The only abnormality on the set list I've seen was them playing Maybe (I seriously almost cried :cry:

, that song means so must to me, and Shim sang it so well) when they were supporting Shinedown in Little Rock......I totally flipped out :surprised:

, because I love that song too. (wait, :crazy:

I honestly can't remember what they played at NBT. I was so caught up in the moment. :laugh:

I don't think they played I Hate You, though.

I wish they would have played it one of the million times that I saw them! I wish they'd have played So What I Lied even more. I still haven't heard Maybe or Master of the Universe, either.

Yes I've heard it before at several of the shows I was at. It's such a great live song too! Can't remember which shows I heard it at because I was at 15 this summer. :laugh:

Becky, I heard Maybe live, but only at the Release party. I never heard them play it live other than that.

It was great to hear them warm up with In It For Life at Croc Rock, but I've never heard it live. Shim told me that it wasn't ready to be played live yet. Has that ever been played?

Ok so I wasn't just imagining it lol It IS a rarity! :crazy:

YAY! It was awesome!!!

And I've never been to a show (since Tri-Polar was released) that they did NOT play Maybe :surprised:

That's weird... I've also heard In It For Life and Master of the Universe being warmed up (even have little audio clips outside the Glasshouse from July).

Yea, they only played I Hate You at one of the 3 regular shows I was at. They would add or subtract or reshuffle depending on if they were the "headliner" or not...

It was a bit muffled, but still really clear. Hopefully they add some new songs to the set soon.

Thats it, we must talk the band into doing a show (with free beer) for all of the World Crew members. At this show they are required to play every song they have ever recorded.

How sweet would Killing Myself for Christmas be this week?

They've never actually played it during any of the sets I went to, but in Houston on 11/30 they did soundcheck with I Hate You and In it for Life. That was cool to hear live (in a sense).

The first time I heard Maybe was during their soundcheck in Dallas in October and then they played it during their set in Little Rock and I about died.

I'm still anxious to hear White Balloons or Don't Walk Away live though.

They did play Master of the Universe at the Click's show in November. I have a video of it on my YouTube if anyone is interested.
