I joined a few weeks ago and am finally getting around to posting an intro thread.
A bit about me.. I am a 21-year-old college student and independent game developer with aspirations to get into the professional game industry after graduation in a few years. Aside from games and game development, some of my other hobbies are aggressive inline skating (aka rollerblading), skiing, fishing. I currently reside in Wisconsin (and have all my life, unfortunately-- not a very exciting place) and hope to move far away, thinking the west coast, after college.
I started listening to Sick Puppies recently after hearing You're Going Down on the radio a few months ago. Haven't seen 'em live yet, but I definitely will when they come up to Minneapolis in May.

Oh yeah, for anyone who wants to see some of my work, here are a few of my recent games. They tend to be very cartoony and silly.
- - a cartoony browser-based MMORPG which has been played by over 22,000 people since Jan 1, 2008. It's not anywhere near as popular as it used to be, though.
- - a spinoff of the above game, this is a challenging 2D platformer (similar to Super Mario World and games like it).
I like Rise Against too.
