If you could pick the next single off of Tri-Polar....

I guess I'm in the minority that loves Odd One as a single. I think it'll do well. The first time I listened through Tri-Polar that was the first song that really stuck out to me and I was humming it to myself the rest of the day.

For the third time:

I Hate You for me as well. Hearing it in regular rotation on 99.9 The Buzz has made me realize how well it works among other rock singles. It's also my favorite non-single song on Tri-Polar, and the perfect single to go along with the previous two (technically one, but close enough).

As ive said a few times i think maybe would be an excellent choice for a single, so that has my vote. I can definantly see it being played ALOT on the radio and that's what they need now, airtime!

Not sure if there is a topic like this already (so if there is, Mods work your magic ), but I am curious as to what everyone thinks should be the next single off of Tri Polar.

As far as my vote goes, I am extremely torn between Survive and In it for Life. Either of those would be big hits IMO, and I am a bigger fan of In It for life because I think it's a better song.

However I am thinking about this like a radio station might. 1st In It For Life starts off very similar to Odd One, so anybody who might be a little turned off to Odd One (because they like songs like War, and YGD) might be semi turned off to In it for life. The other thing to consider is that Survive is one of their shortest songs and is 45 seconds shorter than in it for life. The shorter the song is, the easier it is for Radio Stations to fit it in, thus getting it more airplay.

Then I must add in the fact that I have an affinity for the number 7. Crazzzy is 7 letters long, I am the 7th child in my family, the numbers involved with my birthday (including the time) have various ways with coming up with the number 7, so it would only be logical that the 7th track on Tri Polar, which happens to be 7 letters long, should inevitably be the next single!

See, I think we need one of the harder songs to come out like Survive or So What I Lied, maybe even I Hate You. I think they'd be great as singles.

But again, I am totally pushing Survive 100%.

I voted So What I Lied, however, I could also easily agree with Riptide (super catchy), Survive, even Maybe (harkening back to the All The Same days). It's such a tough choice!
