Ok now I am sad. The meet and greet with Nickelback is the same time SP are playing. While I do like Nickelback, SP was the whole reason I wanted to go to the show in the first place and now I won't get to see them! This sucks majorly.

The Pups had two signings last night. Once after their act, and then another after Nicklebacks.

I thought I was in for a good night, but I didn't realize that it would be the night of my life. I never found their signing table until after they were well done with their first session. Made a point to get to the second session, especially if Bonny and/or Gerry needed help. So, I passed out a stack of CD Samplers and got in line for my time with them. I let Gerry know that I had a late gift for Emma's Birthday, and he told me to give it to her in person, which was the plan.

After I gave it to her, I saw her trying to unwrap it between photo sessions. When she got it opened, she thanked me, and then said she wanted me to have it instead (Should've pointed out that it was the band's first album "Welcome To The Real World".) Well, I caved in, and asked if I could get it signed, which. being Emma, agreed to. And then, I don't know if this was greedy of me or not, I was just "in the moment". I asked if I could get a photo with just her, which she said sure to.

So, all in all. I'd say 2 photo, one with the entire band, and the solo with Emma, and the autograph, makes for a night that probably will not be topped for me.

P.S.: Hugs from Emma are the best.

Well I barely heard the show The meet & greet was in fact during Sick Puppies set and part of Shinedown's set. This meant that I missed the first signing at the merch table. I gotta say Nickelback seemed really nice though. I did, however, see Sick Puppies walking to their dressing room and did say hi and waved (and got a wave back from Shim lol). I felt like a tard but yet I "techincally" saw them Then after Nickelback my freakin hubby went out the wrong door and I couldn't get to the second signing. Grrrr I am so ticked. I STILL have yet to see Sick Puppies live. Yeah I am a tad upset. What I did see of the concert (part of Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, and Nickelback) was awesome. I can't wait to see the pic they took. I did see 3-4 people have trouble getting in through security before the show by the box office. They had a bag that appeared to be Sick Puppies stuff. I almost asked if they were WC or Steet Team kinda people but didn't. Were there people there like that?

Soooooo, who's up for a road trip to Spencer, IA on June 9? Its like what 3 hours away??? Yeah I know...I am dreaming.

I'm sorry to hear that. I did try taking pictures of them on stage, but the speakers just caused the picture to become unrecognizeable.

I don't know about which one to go to next is. Been thinking on the Grand Junction, CO. one myself. Might have a better idea when the date approaches, work-wise.

I'm addicted...completely. But, this is something good to be addicted to.

Edit: I'll post the photo's at the autograph signing in the Autographs and Fan Photo's section when I get home. Don't think my sis would approve of me using her labtop to post them.

Sorry I haven't been around since the show. Still feeling crappy from this cold, UGH! But it was an awesome night, got to meet Bonny and Josh, and not to mention the Pups. Finally got my pic with the band and one with Emma. I'll post later when I'm more in the mood to deal with photobucket. All my pics of the show are crappy, should have taken a different camera, but my brain hasn't been working the best lately lol. Hoping Bonny got some to share.
I did have some trouble getting the cds through security (that was probably us you saw Stephb). They made a bunch of calls on the radio and no one knew anything about it, but finally one of the security said, "ok I'll let you in if I can have a couple of the cds" So of course I gave them to him and a couple of the other guards. When the show was over I also got some crap from security about "what was I handing out" and was I "suppose to be doing that?" blah blah. I said "that's why I'm here".

Thanks to Bonny, she introduced me to the band during the 1st signing. She told Shim I was part of the World Crew and he shook my hand and said " I read about you on there" LOL and I got couple things signed.
After the 2nd signing, I got my pic with the band and one with Emma.
All in all an awesome night!
